Pre-move Survey
One of our experienced surveyors will arrange a suitable time for a free consultation at your home at which time we note the volume of all items to be moved. We will advise you on all aspects of your move and be there to answer any questions you may have.
Careful note will be taken of furniture and fragile items that require special attention when packing along with a note if any item that will need to be crated with additional protection.
A single point of contact
Leading up to your move you will be dealing with one of our experienced Move Co-ordinators who will manage your relocation from origin to destination. They will handle all aspects from insurance, scheduling to transit times. We appreciate the value you place on your personal belongings and will ensure that they are moved to your new home with total care.
The Move Process
Your Move Co-ordinator will arrange a time for our fully trained and professional packing crew to prepare your goods for relocation. An inventory of all goods will be made to verify the contents of all boxes and items being moved. This will also assist you in distribution of your goods on a room by room basis at your new home.
